Adalbert Stifter

Veronika and I are reading "Bergkristall" by Adalbert Stifter.  The English title is "Rock Crystal."  I found an Austrian educational film about Stifter, which is quite well done.

Veronika und ich lesen im Moment "Bergkristall" von Adalbert Stifter.  Ich habe einen österreichischen Unterrichtsfilm zu Stifters Leben gefunden, der sehr gut gemacht.

  2. I remember making fairy villages as a child, and I remember the girls doing the same. Flora's village is wonderful and I can imagine the concentration and joy that went into it :)

It must be nice to be together, but also a little difficult finding room again, not just for the dancing, but for the college work of papers, exams and reading. Thinking of you dear Eva xoxoxo

    1. She loves doing it and adding new things. We have a storm warning right now and she had to bring some of her treasures inside.

Yes, our house is too small for so many big people. Now I have also told us we should not come onto campus and stay to work. Peter was doing his recordings in his office, but they want people out of there. This morning, he recorded himself in our bedroom, which is next to the dining-room where we do our schooling. So we had to be quiet as mice while he was doing the recording.
