Our children are in charge of the greenhouse this month. The biology professor is traveling to Alaska and asked them if they would like to take care of it. Jonathan and Charlotte have taken classes with him and know him quite well. Charlotte took these pictures the last time they went over to the greenhouse.
Unser Kinder müssen sich diesen Monat um das Gewächshaus kümmern. Der Biologieprofessor ist nach Alaska gereist und hat sie gefragt, ob sie sich um die Pflanzen kümmern wollen. Jonathan und Charlotte haben schon Kurse mit ihm gemacht und kennen ihn gut. Charlotte hat bei ihrem letzten Besuch dort fotografiert.

Today was a day full of thunder and rain and it is still going on. I think we have had a very wet summer so far.
Heute hat es fast den ganzen Tag gewittert und geregnet und tut es immer noch. Ich finde diesen Sommer bisher sehr naß.
