This book looks very sweet! I have always enjoyed books about dogs. I read all the Albert Payson Terhune books when I was a child. Didn't Meindert DeJong write _The Wheel on the School_? We read that aloud and enjoyed it immensely.
ReplyDeleteOh, Peter's dad read them all and Peter did as well! We have a whole shelf of them, including some really rare ones. Peter was thrilled to hear that you are a lover of those books. Yes, he did write that. I have not read it, but Miriam and Veronika have. They liked it.
