Snowy Evening/Abend mit Schnee

Here we are all together (Peter was still on campus).  Flora and Charlotte are painting and I am preparing my German class.

Hier sind wir alle zusammen (Peter war aber noch in seinem Büro).  Flora und Charlotte malen und ich bereite mein Deutschseminar vor.

She was supposed to fly, but her connecting flight got canceled due to the weather, so now she is staying until Thursday.

Sie sollte heute fliegen, aber ein Anschlußflug ist wegen des Wetters abgesagt worden.  Jetzt muß sie bis Donnerstag warten.

Leo is chasing pens all over the place.

Leo jagt Stifte durch alle Zimmer.

Snow and right now it is 12 degrees.  Tonight, the wind chills will be as low as -20.  

Schnee und im Moment haben wir -11 Grad.  Heute nacht soll es sich durch die kalten Winde wie -29 Grad anfühlen.
