Veronika finished a little booklet about the Globe Theatre in London. We have never been inside, but have walked by the replica many times. The entrance fees are just horrendous!
Veronika hat ein kleines Büchlein über Shakespeares Globe Theatre in London gemacht. Wir waren noch nie drinnen, aber sind schon oft an dem nachgebauten Theater vorbeigegangen. Der Eintritt ist einfach zu hoch!

ReplyDeleteMorgana and Greg have both been to the Globe for productions. Morgana loves going as standing room is so well priced, and it's nice to attend as they would have in the early 1600's. Maybe you can see it this way if you return? Though maybe everyone would have to wear masks . . or want to if they are all pressed together so close. I can't imagine being in such a crowd! It's been so long!
How wonderful! Last time, we were in London, she was looking for tickets to go with Charlotte, but there were no ones left (or maybe standing-room only, I don't remember). I told Charlotte that I would never go with a standing-room only ticket, my bad veins would not tolerate that for such a long time, but I do think it would be neat to go there once. Sometimes, they have activities for children that are cheaper. I am not sure if those places will be in regular operating mode by then, hard to imagine.

DeleteWas für ein schönes Konzert! Zusammen macht das Musizieren doch noch mehr Spaß! Von den unglaublich hohen Eintrittspreisen im Globe Theater habe ich auch schon gehört.
ReplyDeleteDanke, sie haben viel Spaß miteinander gehabt. Die Besichtigung des Theaters ist sehr teuer und auch die Vorstellungen. Das haben wir bisher nicht gemacht.
