We are reading a new book after supper: The Silver Sword. It is another WWII book, this time set in Poland and Eastern Europe (and a bit in Germany and Switzerland). There even is a BBC movie based on the book. It is a very enjoyable book.
Wir haben ein neues Buch zum Abendbrotvorlesen angefangen: Das silberne Messer. Es spielt im Zweiten Weltkrieg in Polen, Osteuropa, aber auch Deutschland und der Schweiz. Es ist spannend und interessant.
Das sieht wieder nach einem interessanten Buch aus, da schau ich doch mal rein
ReplyDeleteEs ist ein gutes Buch und zeigt ein anderes Kapitel des 2. Weltkrieges: Kriegsende, Besatzung und Flucht. Das wird nicht oft so thematisiert und dazu noch mit Fingerspitzengefühl, so daß man es gut auch Flora vorlesen kann.

DeleteSupposedly this is at a nearby bookstore. I might try and pick it up this week. My sister would enjoy reading this.
