Pumpkin Time/Kürbiszeit

Charlotte and her roommates created quite interesting pumpkins!

We will buy our pumpkins soon and carve them.  
Wir kaufen bald auch unserer Kürbisse, um sie zu schnitzen.

    They are so creative and clever. I love Charlotte's cat!

    I was hoping to get pumpkins when on Long Island, but the pumpkin patch was just too crowded on our way out, and it was too late on our way home . . (sigh) I'm not sure where to get one now . . Maybe I'll just get a butternut squash and bake a pie.

      I think a mother of one of the other girls bought them some kind of kit to make those pumpkins. Did you get a pumpkin? That is too sad that there were too many people. I made soup out of our pumpkin flesh.
