In church today, Father Dennis told us about the Novena for our Nation. It is a 54-day Rosary Novean starting August 15th. You can find out more about it here. In der Kirche hat uns unser Pfarrer heute zu einer Rosenkranznovene für Amerika aufgerufen. Sie dauert 54 Tage und beginnt am 15. August. Man kann auf Englisch mehr hier dazu finden.

ReplyDeleteThanks, Dorina! There are plenty of novenas, but we never participated in this one. It is a long one, so I am not sure if we will manage to do it. I have to look at the materials we got (we got a little prayer book).

DeleteMaybe I mentioned it before, but people praying the Rosary have a lower risk of dying of a heart attack! Reciting the same prayers is very soothing and good for the heart.
