We have a lot of blue jays this year and not so many juncos. (We did not count last year because we were in London.) We even saw a wren today, which normally does not happen in the winter. So there is a difference.
Not good, sometimes a bout of cold temperatures brings you back to the important things in life!
Die Aktion zum Vögel zählen lief bei uns schon vor wenigen Wochen. Mensch, ihr habt so viel Schnee, das ist unglaublich für hiesige Verhältnisse. Schön zu sehen, auch wenn ich mir vorstellen kann, dass Euch der ganze Schnee ziemlich auf die Nerven geht.
Hier ist das immer im Februa, auf jeden Fall diese Art zu zählen. Ja, wir haben wirklich Winter und es ist sehr, sehr kalt, gestern waren es - 23 Grad! Das ist wirklich nicht mehr schön!

ReplyDeleteIf we finally get 20 degree or below temperatures here, we will all freeze! We've become too soft living in this 40 degree stasis.
