Mass at St. Mary's in Hampstead: I have posted about this church before, but thought I should mention again that Charles de Gaulle used to go to church here when he was in exile.
Messe bei St. Marien in Hampstead: Ich habe diese Kirche schon öfter in meinem Blog gehabt, aber wollte nochmal erwähnen, daß Charles de Gaulle hier zur Kirche gegangen ist, während er im Exil gelebt hat.
This is unbelievable: an empty platform at the tube station (it did not stay long that way).
Das ist so selten, daß ich es fotografieren mußte: Der U-Bahnbahnsteig war menschenleer, was nie vorkommt und auch nicht lange angehalten hat.
And then we visited the Burgh House to see three exhibitions.
Und dann waren wir beim Burgh Haus, wo wir drei Ausstellungen gesehen haben.

Such beautiful illustrations. I love Helen Oxenbury and it's nice to learn about Helen Allingham.
