We had our last home ecology class of the school year.
Heute war unsere letzte Naturkundeklasse des Schuljahres.
Die Klassen von Februar bis Mai haben wir verpassen müssen und daher waren wir froh, daß wir heute dann etwas über Pilze und Bäume lernen konnten. Veronika hat diesen schönen Pilz fotografiert, der auf einer über 300 Jahre alten Hemlocktanne wuchs.
It's so good you could attend the last class! It's fun to think about all that has happened during the 300 year old hemlock's life.
ReplyDeleteIt was fun to see Elijah again. We had e-mailed back and forth from London about birds (he is a bird lover). I actually thought we would have Conrad today because the symbiosis topic is more his field, but I guess it was Elijah's turn (either one does an excellent job). That hemlock tree might have seen Mary Jemison!
