Rehearsal Time/Proben

We are now entering our last week of rehearsals.  The first (Covid modified) Nutcracker performance will happen in a week from now.  Today, I drove the girls to their rehearsal and spent some time working in the bookstore in town.

    1. It is quite nice, but not open very much. The opening hours are very strange. They have some books, toys, some coffee and you sit there on some days when the girls dance. It is unfortunately very cold, though. Sometimes I leave my coat on.

    3. That is a bout 17 degrees, kind of cool for a building.

  2. There are so many wrapped gifts! Are they having a toy drive? It looks cozy in the photo, too bad it's not warm enough though.

    1. Yes, tonight, they were expecting 400 children. They were hosting Santa from 4 until 9 p.m. The heat is set to 63!

  3. Viele viele Buchläden machen zu Weihnachten richtig schöne Fensterdekorationen, hier auch!

  4. 400 Children! Oh my goodness . . That's quite a lot.

    63 can feel very chilly!

    1. Must have been the whole village . . .

Even Peter complained on Saturday while we were reading there about how cold it was.
