I planted these flowers the other day. They are called Angelonia and have a pretty purple-pink, but my camera did quite catch the richness of the flower.
Neulich habe ich diese Blumen gepflanzt. Sie heißen hier Angelonia, aber ich weiß nicht, ob es sie in Deutschland gibt. Mein Fotoapparat hat leider nicht ganz das schöne Lila-Rosa wiedergeben können.

DeleteBeautiful Eva! There are many purple and deep pink flowers here that my camera misses with in terms of color . . they are incredibly lovely! And I always think the Amish are so brave to drive these roads . . I think I've written before that it would be nice if they had separate roads!

Yes, the Amish are brave for doing so Most people around here are respectful and make sure they don't get too close to the buggies and horses. I guess there would not be enough space to have separate lanes.
DeleteIt's nice to hear that people are respectful. They would have to build new roads and encroach on farm land or people's property . . too much "red tape" probably!
