Reorganizing English homeschool books (excluding literature)
Neuorganisation der Bücher, die wir für den Englischunterricht benutzen (Literatur ausgenommen)
- Cleaned one part of our homeschooling bookshelf and found a few books we do not need anymore.
- Cleaned the fridge
- Swept the porch and front steps
- Cleaned the living-room and dining-area
- Cleaned the kitchen
- Watered the plants
- Wrote long e-mails that were overdue to friends
- Reorganized our holy cards and religious booklets
- Did four loads of laundry
- Cooked
Ich habe den ganzen Tag mit Putzen und Organisieren verbracht. Unter anderem ist das passiert:
- Ich habe ein Bücherbrett abgeräumt, geputzt und einige Bücher gefunden, die wir nicht mehr brauchen.
- Ich habe den Kühlschrank geputzt.
- Ich habe die Verandah und die Treppen draußen gefegt.
- Ich habe das Wohnzimmer und die Eßecke geputzt.
- Ich habe die Küche geputzt.
- Ich habe alle Zimmerpflanzen begossen.
- Ich habe lange Antworten auf Emails von Freunden geschrieben.
- Ich habe unsere Heiligenkärtchen und religiöse Büchlein geordnet
- Ich habe vier Waschmaschinen angestellt.
- Ich habe gekocht.
We had the maple syrup from the GCV&M for breakfast (Peter made pancakes).
Es gab den Ahornsirup vom Freilichtmuseum zum Frühstück (Peter hat Pfannkuchen gemacht).
Good accomplishments! Do you sell your old books, or donate them somewhere? The maple syrup looks yummy :)
ReplyDeleteThank you! I have a "system": I first check if they are selling for less than $5.00. If they do, I normally list them on PaperbackSwap (unless they are in bad shape). If they sell for more, I list them on Amazon or try CathSwap or Homeschool Classifieds. And then there is Ebay I would like to use more, but I have not done so. If there are not good candidates for any of those, I give them to the library for their book sale, but right now they are not taking any books.
