Ich habe gerade den Schuljahresabschlußbericht für Flora geschrieben. Die Testergebnisse der beiden anderen Mädchen sind auch zurückgekommen. Beide haben die höchste Perzentile erreicht. Jetzt muß ich noch Quartalzeugnisse schreiben und dann übermorgen alles an die Schulbhörde schicken.

ReplyDeleteThanks, San! The official school year in the U.S. always ends in May, New York actually has one of the longer school years. We end in June. There is a summer break until September. However, there are not many other breaks during the year, except a bit for Easter and Christmas. Germany has many more smaller breaks during the year and six weeks during the summer. I think, England is similar to Germany. We have to follow the New York State schedule with handing in our paper work, but we homeschool year round, so our homeschool is not over!
