We have a special task force for "creation care" at the college. It is fairly new, but you can find something similar at most Christian colleges here.
I love the native grow zone! Did you use the coltsfoot for anything in particular?
They have several ones all over town now. I collect it to make tea for coughs. It is always in German cough herbal teas, although here, in the U.S., there are warnings about it. I think if you use it in moderation, it should be fine and helpful.
