We eat the green lentil pasta and the edamame noodles they are a great source of additional protein and lower carb than the traditional pasta.
I have not seen green lentil pasta here, only black bean ones. We do have edamame noodles, though. I am allergic to some forms of soy, so I am not sure if I would tolerate them.
