Lots of shoveling this morning in order to get to church and later, for Peter, to the airport.
Heute morgen mußte mal wieder viel geschaufelt werden, damit man in die Kirche und Peter später zum Flughafen konnte.

I used my Mouli to grate carrots for a salad for our St. Patrick's party at church.
Mit dieser Handreibe habe ich Möhren für einen Salt für die St. Patricksfeier bei der Kirche geraspelt.
After church, we saw turkey vultures very close.
Nach der Kirche haben wir Truthahngeier nahe über uns gesehen.
And Flora took these pictures of about 12 wild turkeys that decided to spend the night in the trees close to our house.
Und Flora hat diese wilden Truthähne fotografiert, ungefähr 12 waren es, die die Nacht in den Bäumen in der Nähe unseres Hauses verbringen.
So much snow! The wild turkeys are amazing. We have them out east at the house too. We love watching them walk through the yard.
ReplyDeleteWe have been getting these violent storms with lots of snow, but the snow never stays long. I have never seen so many turkeys in trees, though! You would think they might fall off!
