And now we are in Pennsylvania after a busy day with homeschool, German, and Hebrew. I taught my students that you need to "knock" after a professor finishes a lecture. They thought that very funny and knocked after their German class with me. Speaking of German, I better grade my students' grammar sheets now.
Und jetzt schreibe ich aus Pennsylvanien nach einem vollen Tag mit Homeschooling, Deutsch und Hebräisch. Ich habe meinen Studenten beigebracht, daß man nach eine Vorlesung in Deutschland auf den Tisch klopfen muß. Das fanden sie sehr lustig und haben es nach Ende ihrer Deutschstunde dann bei mir gemacht. Da wir gerade von Deutsch sprechen: Jetzt muß ich Grammatikblätter korrigieren.
Sounds like a busy day of traveling and schoolwork! It's been rainy here also (not so nice for driving). I couldn't get the youtube link to work. Your lemon bars always look so delicious.
ReplyDeleteWe were on our way to PA because Peter had been invited to teach at an institute. It was such a rainy drive. Oh, the link works for me, try a different browser maybe? The bars are good and so easy to make.

ReplyDeleteIt was almost like a blizzard and very hard driving. There is nothing there, only miles and miles of highway and lots of trucks. The snow was coming right at us and almost blinded us. Fallsington was pretty, but they need a café! According to our hosts, the town ordinances do not allow a café in the old buildings, which makes no sense to me! It would be so lovely.
