Oh Eva, I am so sorry to read this :-( Tonsilitis is horrendous and antibiotics do the job but then mess with your system in other ways! If you can get hold of a really good probiotic, I use the acidophilus capsules made by BioCare. Regardless of the brand you will need to take them at least two hours before or after your antibiotics. Peter got me some probiotics today, from Renew Life. I have used their products before and like them. I have to take those antibiotics four times a day, kind of hard to find a "time slot" for the probiotics! I am slowly getting better, but I am still not feeling so great. Peter thinks I look a bit better today and my voice seems to be coming back. Last night I was up with a cough for over an hour. Oh, well, that is just the way it is.
