We love the babushka story :-). Hope the frozen pipes are not causing too much of a problem and that you are managing to keep warm x
ReplyDeleteThis book changed the story a bit. I was actually funny. The pipes are still frozen, it is -18 degrees and we have a warning not to go out because of danger of frostbite. Happy New Year!

ReplyDeleteThat is Celsius (I thought San would prefer Celsius). No, we had one year where it was colder and they converted all public libraries to shelters for people that could not afford to heat so much. However, today we got the news that we all had to turn down our heat by 5 degrees because of a natural gas supply problem. I hope that that will get fixed soon.
