  1. Peter has been doing a fair bit of travelling recently :/). Love all the practical lessons, Veronikas geometry designs are beautiful and I am looking forward to seeing Miriam's ocean floor :/)

    1. Yes, too much! He will be home on Monday, but I have to pick him up in Buffalo and drive him to Rochester to get his college car. He thought he was flying out of Rochester and drove there. He was wrong! He was supposed to fly out of Buffalo. So he had to change his flight in Rochester to get to Montreal, but the return flight is still to Buffalo and he does not want to change that one to save some money. Very complicated and expensive this trip turns out to be!

He will travel again later this month, but then he will be going with students. I think we should have planned this differently. I feel a bit overwhelmed.

I will post a picture when Miriam is finished. We have had lots of fun doing those projects.

    3. I don't either, I always expect something to go wrong one of these days. But I did not have to drive to Buffalo because the airline managed to get him a flight from Washington to Rochester without a surcharge because he was stuck in Washington. That was one good thing about the delayed flight.

  2. The projects all like like fun, and I agree that Veronika's Geometry work is beautiful :)

I do know how you feel when the plans suddenly do not feel well planned! So much driving is not easy. I hope the next trip is not as complicated!

    1. Thanks so much, Dorina! For the next trip, Peter will have a driver because he is taking students and the college has a bus that takes them to the airport!

    1. Yes, but one bus had broken windshield wipers, so they had to stop and buy new ones. But they still got to Toronto on time.
