Today, when everybody was home in the afternoon, we opened presents.

Flora made her own birthday mice with me for tea time. Veronika and Miriam helped her to decorate them.
Flora hat ihre eigenen Geburtstagmäuse mit mir gebacken. Veronika und Miriam haben ihr geholfen, sie zu verzieren.

DeleteHappy Birthday to both of you! Ten years! I love Flora's braids, and she does look more grown up in them . . like a beautiful ten year old (a petite ten year old!). The mice look delicious. I'm always impressed with them. Where did you get the idea?
ReplyDeleteThanks so much, Dorina! Flora has been wondering if she should cut her hair much shorter for the summer . . . She has such beautiful hair. Yes, she is very small, maybe more like an eight-year-old. These mice are from a children's cookbook I have had for ages. They are fun to make and are delicious.
