We also watched In the Footsteps of St. Peter because February 22 the Catholic church celebrated The Chair of St. Peter. I had checked out the movie for that but we had not had a chance to watch it so far. You can see a trailer when you click on the first link.
Wir haben auch einen Film über den heilgen Petrus geschaut. Am 22. Februar feiern Katholiken das Kathedra Petri Fest, doch sind wir erst jetzt dazu gekommen, den Film zu schauen, den ich dafür ausgeliehen habe.
Hello Eva, the movie looks very interesting. I was able to put it on hold through my library. I'm looking forward to this! (I also put "In the footsteps of Tchaikovsky" on hold.)
ReplyDeleteIt's so nice to see what everyone is making. I've been meaning to make a pillowcase for awhile now . . maybe seeing Charlotte's work will inspire me to get started next week! (The bird pattern is very sweet!)
I really liked the movie and David Suchet. It was a wonderful mixture of religion. archaeology, reverence, and commons sense.
DeletePillowcases can be very easy, if you do not design a complicated flap. They go very fast. Unfortunately, we cut the material for Charlotte's second pillow case the wrong way (it s a van Gogh pattern), and now you have to turn the pillow on it s short side to see it right. However, the colors are still beautiful.
P.S. I have to look if our library has more by David Suchet. You have inspired me!
