Because it does not stop snowing, my art project for Veronika and Flora was painting a winter picture today.

We got a free Schuster's Bible History at our library. (We already own it, but the new copy is in much better shape than ours). Flora is trying to read some of it although this is a book for sixth graders. She found a few words she could read and was very happy.
Wir haben eine kostenlose (zum Mitnehmen, nicht Ausleihen) bekannte Kinderbibel bei der Bücherei gefunden. Flora versucht, ein wenig darin zu lesen, auch wenn das Buch für die 6. Klasse ist. Sie hat auch Wörter gefunden, die sie lesen kann, was sie ganz glücklich gemacht hat.
Oh, wie hübsch die beiden Winterlandschaftsbilder sind! die sind mir gleich ins Auge gesprungen.
