Maple Sugar Festival/Ahornzuckerfest



We are going to help make maple syrup and maple sugar tomorrow.  We will have to be out of the house by 7:00 a.m.  I hope I will manage to round up all five children by then.


Morgen helfen wir bei der Ahornzucker- und Ahornsirupherstellung.  Wir müssen um 7.00 Uhr aus dem Haus sein.  Hoffentlich habe ich bis dann alle fünf Kinder im Auto.

      Well, we did not leave quite by 7:00 a.m., but about 20 minutes later. We did not stop on the way, though, and thus still made in time. Flora normally gets car sick and we have to stop, but not this time. Maybe it was too early to get sick.
