Applesauce cake for Sunday baked by Veronika. She also was the cantor in church and had to sing a cappella because Peter was still at his retreat. We had a good St. Patrick's party.
Ein Kuchen, der Apfelmus enthält und von Veronika gebacken worden ist. Sie war in der Kirche heute Vorsängerin, sogar ohne Orgelbegleitung (Peter war noch in Pennsylvanien). Unsere St. Patrickstag Party war auch erfolgreich.
So nice that you could have the St. Patrick's party. Veronika's cake looks delicious and I'm sure her singing was lovely in church. Peter must be enjoying his retreat. xoxo
ReplyDeleteIt was a good party with good food and good conversation. People came up to Veronika and told her it was so nice to see and hear her again. They have missed her cantoring. I think Peter found his retreat quite interesting. He was the only non-Catholic there.
