The girls had a small scale Nutcracker performance at a nursing home today. The residents were very happy to enjoy such a treat.

In the evening, Flora and I went to a voice recital of one of my German students.
Abends waren Flora und ich dann bei einer Gesangaufführung einer meiner Deutschstudentinnen.
Hard to see, but these are all cut down branches from thorny plants.
Man kann das hier nicht gut erkennen, aber das sind alles Dornenzweige, die ich abgeschnitten habe.
How nice to perform at the nursing home . . I'm sure the residents enjoyed it immensely! The recital for your student must have been lovely to hear . . her dress is exquisite!
ReplyDeleteThey loved it! After all, most of them would not be able to go to a real performance. I also thought that it was a pretty dress. Yes, she sang well, she is studying musical theater.
