First Presidential Election/Erste Präsidentewahl

Peter took the girls to the polls today.  It was Veronika's first presidential election and Flora was allowed to watch Peter vote.  Quite exciting for the two of them.

Peter ist mit den beiden Mädchen heute zum Wahllokal gegangen.  Es war Veronikas erste Präsidentschaftswahl und Flora durfte zugucken, wie Peter gewählt hat.  

Other than that, it was a normal work day.  Flora had drama class and there was ballet in the afternoon.  I cut some shrubbery in the back yard, but then the garden shears broke.   I went grocery shopping while the girls danced and thought the sky looked quite pretty when I exited the grocery store.  However, my camera did not quite capture the pretty colors.

Sonst war es ein ganz normaler Arbeitstag.  Flora hatte ihre Schauspielklasse und es gab Ballett am Nachmittag.  Ich habe im Garten Büsche beschnitten, doch ist dabei die Gartenschere kaputt gegangen.  Während die Mädchen getanzt haben, war ich einkaufen.  Als ich aus dem Supermarkt rauskam, war der Himmel sehr schön, aber mein Fotoapparat hat die Farben nicht so gut getroffen.
