Here we are, Peter and I are doing prep work for our seminars, Miriam is painting, and Flora is decorating our wall calendar for September. The girls are listening to The Island of Adventure. Veronika and Charlotte are slowly making their way back to NY. Veronika's semester is done, and she has a one-month break. Charlotte drove out to CA to see the Seussical production and to drive Veronika back to NY. They are retracing our steps back from our semester in California. ReplyDeleteThanks so much, San. She had fun decorating it. I think the two girls are kind of proud to do the long drive all on their own :). They should reach Colorado today and will sleep in Charlotte's apartment before going east. The next stop is somewhere around Chicago, and then they will stay at their grandparents' in Indiana. Then they will try to make it home.
DeleteSuch wonderful memories and adorable photos of Flora from 2015. She did do a great job on that calendar! Did Charlotte enjoy the Seussical production? My girls have read a few Enid Blyton books. I've never read one . . it might be fun to listen while knitting one day.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Dorina. I found out that Charlotte lost her way and did not make it to the production! She only saw a recording afterwards, but did like it. Flora loves Enid Blyton!
