Recovery/Genesung

You might have been wondering why this blog has been so quiet.  I had surgery on Monday and have a one month recovery time.

    1. Thanks so much, Christine, I definitely need them. Recovery is hard and painful. I feel quite useless right now.

Bist Du wieder daheim?

    1. I hope so too, but the pain is supposed to last about ten days. I am thankful for Ibuprofen, but it is not quite strong enough although I am already taking a prescription strength. I am learning another lesson in suffering right now. But there are so many people in the world who suffer, we just don't think of them so much unless we are also in pain. Thanks for love and hugs. I have enjoyed your Cloisters pictures. So pretty and peaceful, including the sparrow (I believe it was a sparrow).

    2. Yes, it was :) I hope you can enjoy your beautiful birds outside your window . . xoxo . .

    3. Unfortunately, you cannot see the birds very much from our bedroom although there are four windows. They tend to be behind the house, but not on this side. I can hear them, though :).

    1. That's what he did when he got off the phone! Thanks so much for calling and asking about me. We have an old-fashioned phone, it is in the living-room and not wireless. I simply could not have made my way there. Thanks also for the e-mail, so nice to hear from you. I will reply soon. Thanks for the prayers and greetings to all.
