P.S. The high temperature today was 93! Not the greatest when your car and your house do not have air-conditioning.
P.S. Die Höchsttemperatur war heute 34 Grad! Da unser Auto keine funktionierende Klimaanlage hat (und unser Haus sowieso nicht), war es nicht so angenehm.
We had some very high temps last week but thankfully things have cooled a little for the time being. I cannot get over the beauty of that icon - has the image been blessed? Miriam is a very talented iconographer 💕. Happy Midsummer to you all xxx
ReplyDeleteOh, yes, I read about London being insanely hot! Our temperatures have come down a bit, but not enough to feel comfortable. Today our high was 27, but the humidity was also high. Miriam wants to have it blessed. Miriam was pleased with your kind words. We will celebrate our Midsummer/St. John's Tide on Sunday. We could not do it before because the weather did not cooperate and then we had Flora's confirmation. Happy Midsummer to you as well. Now the days are getting shorter!
