Auf unserer Straße gibt es vier Katzen, die sich gerne hinter unserem Haus aufhalten. Hier sind zwei davon.
Nach dem Einkaufen sind wir dann nach Hause gefahren, Flora hat Mathe gemacht und ich habe Mittagessen gemacht. Nachmittags habe ich Flora dann zum Ballett gefahren und in der Bücherei dort für meine Deutschseminare gearbeitet. Nachdem die Bücherei zugemacht hatte, habe ich dann meine Arbeit im Studio fortgesetzt.

Today we drove to Hornell to pick up a rental car.
Heute sind wir nach Hornell gefahren, um einen Mietwagen abzuholen.
Peter needed the rental car to drive to Charlottesville, VA, to visit Jonathan. After he had left, I went grocery shopping with the girls.
Peter brauchte einen Mietwagen, um Jonathan in Charlottesville in Virginia zu besuchen. Nachdem er losgefahren war, bin ich mit den Mädchen einkaufen gegangen.
After the shopping, we drove home, Flora did her math, and I made lunch. In the afternoon, I drove Flora to ballet and did some work for my German classes in the library. When the library closed, I sat in the studio and continued working.

The fashion department at JP Catholic entered a Halloween scarecrow competition in Escondido and they won second prize.
Veronikas Kostümprogramm hat an einem Halloween Wettbewerb im Entwerfen von Vogelscheuchen in Escondido teilgenommen und den zweiten Platz errungen.
She also went hiking in Kit Carson Park.
Sie ist auch im Kit Carson Park gewandert.
