Veronika is in the middle of learning all about fractions. I really like the card games and other manipulatives from RightStart Math to practice all aspects of fractions.
Veronika beschäftigt sich im Moment mit der Bruchlehre. Es gibt hier ein schönes Mathekartenspielbuch, was ich gerne benutze, um die verschiedenen Aspekte der Bruchlehre zu üben. Hier habe ich eine deutsche Sammlung von Spieln zur Bruchlehre gefunden, doch kenne ich die Spiele dort nicht persönlich.
In the evening, our equestrian center had an open house. Jonathan and Charlotte had ballet lessons and Nutcracker rehearsal, but Miriam, Veronika, and Flora were all set to go and take a look.
Abends konnte man das Reiterzentrum hier bei uns besuchen. Jonathan und Charlotte hatten Ballettstunde und Nußknackerprobe, doch Miriam, Veronika und Flora wollten da unbedingt die Pferde sehen.

Nice school work and what fun at the riding stable! How nice of them to have an open house. Did Miriam and Veronika enjoy riding? They looked like such naturals up there! I love the pic of Flora reaching up to pet the horse. They're such beautiful animals.

Yes, they did enjoy riding. Flora was too scared of the big horses. She did not want to.
