We all went to church together today! This has been my first church visit since my surgery almost four weeks ago. We were able to go to our old church where our current pastor said Mass today. Flora did not remember this church at all, but for the others it was a special treat to go.
Wir sind heute alle gemeinsam in die Kirche gegangen! Dies war mein erster Kirchbesuch seit meiner Operation vor jetzt fast vier Wochen. Die Messe war sogar in unserer alten Kirche, doch mit unserem "neuen" Pfarrer. Flora konnte sich an die alte Kirche gar nicht erinnern, aber für die anderen war es eine besonders schöne Gelegenheit, nochmal eine Messe in der alten Kirche mitzufeiern.
The girls really like the images in this video. Of course we also sang "Immaculate Mary," the most popular Mary hymn in this area. Die Mädchen mögen gern die Bilder in diesem Video. Natürlich haben wir auch dieses Lied gesungen. Ohne "Immaculate Mary" gibt es kein Marienfest hier.
That's a very pretty song, Eva. I'm so glad you made it to church today :) And with everyone together. I'm saying prayers of thankfulness :)

ReplyDeleteJa, es war schön, aus dem Haus zu kommen. Ich bin noch nicht wirklich wieder ganz geheilt, aber kann wieder viel mehr machen.
