Trip to the Waldorf School/Ausflug zur Waldorfschule

Photos will follow, but we did go to the Michaelmas celebration at the Waldorf school yesterday, in spite of bad coughs.  We, that is all girls and myself because Jonathan and Peter are in D.C.  Ran errands today, right after teaching.  Had time to talk to the French professor (had not seen him since December!), talked to two friends, one from church, one from our homeschooling group. ran into two other professors and had a short chat with them (those were actually Peter's colleagues, but everybody knows everybody around here anyway), and now we are trying to take good care of ourselves so those coughs will go away.

  1. Sometimes coughs can be so difficult! So glad you got to the Michaelmas celebration. It looks really nice and it's always fun to continue the yearly tradition :)

That's so great that Peter and Jonathan are in DC! I hope they have time to visit some of the museums . . Morgana, Chanda and I really enjoyed the National Museum of the American Indian. We did one of the tours and the guide was wonderful.

Try to get some good sleep :) xoxo

    1. Yes, I love "Spongia tosta" for really bad coughs, but none of the stores around here sell it.

I think I wrote on your blog that Jonathan went to the American Indian one on his own and enjoyed it. He was probably curious because we have read so many myths and also because I have tried to teach them a bit of that culture as well. I was glad he was interested.
